What we collect
Account info you give us (email, name), workspace content you create (prospect lists, drafts, notes), and technical logs needed to operate the service.
What we don't collect
We don't sell data, we don't run third-party ad trackers on this site, and we don't scrape data you didn't authorize us to import.
How we use it
To run your workspace, generate drafts, and send you product-related email. We only email you outside of that with explicit consent.
Subprocessors
Spark uses infrastructure providers for hosting, database, and AI inference. Each is bound by data-processing agreements. Full list on request.
Your rights
Access, export, correct, or delete your data any time from inside the app or by writing to privacy@startspark.ai. We respond within 30 days.
