We started Spark after running revenue at three companies and watching the same pattern each time: the reps who won weren't the ones sending the most emails. They were the ones the market recognized. The ones with a comment on the right post, a reply to the right rant, a warm intro they didn't have to ask for.
That's a habit — and habits are teachable. Spark is what happens when you turn that habit into software: a room that watches for signals, a model that drafts in your voice, a review desk that keeps you human. No auto-send. No spray. Just fifteen honest minutes a day.
